Account Director, Job, Advertising Agency, Full time, Portland, Oregon We're recruiting for an Account Director for the sales and services department of an advertising agency as a full time job in Portland, Oregon. The Account Director role requires passion for why we do what we do, a comfort with risk and an understanding of the dynamics that play into sound decision-making. This highly motivated team player must have the expertise to inspire the people around them and a drive to accomplish the goals set forth by the organization. This role is responsible for overseeing the sales and servicing departments within the organization. This includes developing strategies to meet business goals, managing and working along side a team built to deliver on those plans and cultivating and nurturing the client relationships valuable to the organization. The new team player should be a seasoned sales person, comfortable developing new business and working with teams to vet and pitch new opportunities.
