The Patient Service Center (PSC) schedules appointments and handle calls from the patients intended for various providers and clinics within the Banner University Medical Center. The PSC is the 1st point of contact for a new patient seeking treatment and also serves as a conduit for messaging and appointments with the clinics. Providing the caller with services including swift answer time, timely and accurate info, and available appointment dates and times are among the chief goals of this department.
