Banner Health is seeking an experienced Director of Strategy & Planning to support the executive leadership teams responsible for 3 hospitals (North Colorado Medical Center, McKee Medical Center, and Banner Fort Collins Medical Center), Banner Medical Group and Ambulatory Operations in Northern Colorado as well as 8 rural/critical access hospitals. The successful applicant will lead the assessment of and business planning for key market and service line growth initiatives. This role requires expert level critical thinking, data analytic capabilities, and written/oral communication abilities.
