Project Manager- Education Services The ABM Project Manager will be responsible for the management of an assigned account and the Project Supervisors assigned to each account. Specific assignments include work scheduling of all account personnel, establishing work standards, conducting site evaluations, audits, overall inventory/equipment usage, budget control, employee performance appraisals, troubleshooting/issue solving, orientation, training of Account Supervisors and support personnel, customer relations, and special project work as requested. This individual will also ensure that all managed services are being provided in a proper and cost effective manner. Key functions : Provides client relationship and management of account at assigned school location Maintain a complete understanding of the site contract to recommend additional work that may be performed at an additional cost.
