Essential Functions1.Manages the team of Art Directors in the creation of all artwork for product packaging, product content, direct-to-consumer catalogs, wholesale catalogs, graphics for web sites, tradeshow displays and marketing materials. 2.Motivates and mentors Art Directors to maximize performance through guidance, encouragement, inspiration and support.3.Oversees and communicates creative direction to ensure that all creative efforts are in line with brand guidelines and organizational goals.4.Assists the Manager of Product Development and Creative Services in prioritizing design workload and freelance needs based on schedules and talent and assigns projects to internal teammates and external freelance resources as necessary.5.Helps manage photo shoots and assists with photo shoot direction, model selection and in-house photography as needed. 6.Designs product packaging, instructions, game rules, book covers, and other product content as needed.
