Life Service Specialist - (Jackson, MS)

The Life Service Specialist provides support to our agents and policy owners to provide them with details concerning our traditional life, health, disability income, universal life, adjustable premium life, and long term care policies. This position performs the appropriate transactions to accomplish service requests on these policies. Qualifications A Bachelor s degree or 5 years background with Southern Farm Bureau and FLMI designation is required. Basic insurance knowledge and prior customer service background desired. Candidate must have basic Ms office knowledge (Including basic microsoft word and basic windows), good typing skills (25 wpm), good management skills, great communication expertise, both oral and written, as well as good multi-tasking abilities.
