Hospitality & Tourism: Customer Service Rep I - Romulus, Michigan - (Romulus, MI)

Under immediate supervision, acts as the initial point of contact for internal customer complaints. Resolves minor issues and forwards more complicated cases to the Customer Service Supervisor or Customer Service Manager. Responsibilities Acts as the single point of contact for internal and maintained customers on issues and complaints related to Dawn products and merchandise. Responds to customer complaints in a professional, courteous manner. Resolves issues and complaints that fall within established guidelines set for the position. Performs a variety of daily duties including manual order entry and the processing of order cancellations and modifications for maintained accounts. Resolves pricing discrepancies on customer orders. Processes requests for changes in customer orders in accordance with the manufacturing plants 7-14 day lead time policy for product orders.
