Member Services Representative II Milpitas Financial Center Job description: Processes financial transactions efficiently, accurately, and with the highest level of customer service. Incorporates Service Plus into all aspects of member contacts and continually builds relationships with members in order to retain and increase memberships. Further enhances these relationships through the cross-selling of products and services to meet all the members financial needs. Meet assigned share, deposit, lending and referral partner targets. Support Credit Union in all Initiatives with a positive attitude and willingness to get the job done. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Receives and processes banking financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. Sells cashier's checks to credit union members, processes credit card cash advances. Receives currency for coin and verifies amounts.
