Clinical Lab Training Coordinator - (Dayton, OH)

Tuesday, February 26, 2019 The mission of CompuNet Clinical Laboratories is to provide quality diagnostic laboratory services to improve health outcomes within the communities we serve. This is a Full-time position in our Core Laboratory on Sandridge Drive. Evening shift hours with availability to work days or nights if needed. 15% Shift differential given for evenings, nights, and weekend hours. Summary Identify training gaps, create content, job aides and other materials to ensure training is effective and efficient. Measure effectiveness of training outcomes. Duties Assess training needs for new and existing employees. Provide direct supervision for department training plans for all shifts. ID internal and external training programs to address competency gaps. Develop and organize training programs to meet department and regulatory requirements using the most appropriate format. Liaison with subject matter experts in all technical departments regarding instructional design.
