Job Description:Reverence Home Health and Hospice, an Ascension Health at Home Company,Has an immediate opening for a Full TimeVolunteer Coordinator in the Clinton Township Area.POSITION DESCRIPTION:This position is responsible for recruiting, training, scheduling, directing and evaluating volunteers. Also responsible for management and development of all volunteer programs, key person in developing and implementing local fundraising activities with agency leadership and the home office community outreach staff, and for coordinating community education efforts.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Active participation in meeting agency customer satisfaction goals.* Create predictability for patients by following standard practices and using KEY WORDS AT KEY TIMES to decrease caregiver anxiety.* Promote AHAH by always putting the patient 1st.* Recruits, evaluates and selects volunteer candidates according to organization standards.
