The RIS TOU Site Coordinator will contribute to the execution of RIS work processes via support of the onsite account team directly supporting the client's specific strategic and operational goals. This person will specialize in ensuring compliance and coordinating efforts pertaining to unemployment hearings, candidate screenings (experience, assessments, drug testing), safety, payroll, I-9s, and talent records and workers compensation. Responsibilities: - Participating in hiring process by administering skill assessments, processing applications, and references - Some college preferred - Proficient technical skills for accuracy in reporting and recording info - Outstanding written and spoken communication expertise - Distributing safety equipment and maintaining the necessary inventory - Developing and managing a talent pipeline that aligns with the client's needs and output requirements - Strong attention to detail and management expertise - Coordinating onsite and external drug testing efforts
