The RIS Site Coordinator will contribute to the execution of Randstad Inhouse Solutions work processes via support of the onsite account team directly supporting the client's specific strategic and operational goals. This person will specialize in ensuring compliance and coordinating efforts pertaining to unemployment hearings, candidate screenings (experience, assessments, drug testing), safety, payroll, I-9s, talent records and workers compensation by: Responsibilities: -Developing and managing a talent pipeline that aligns with the clients needs and output requirements -Participating in hiring process by administering skill assessments, processing applications, and references -Coordinating onsite and external drug testing efforts -Maintaining electronic and paper records to ensure effective, orderly and legal storage of personnel data -Maintaining talent records in Randstad Front Office -Undertaking any other tasks deemed appropriate to this role, as directed by the Site Manager
