Human Resources Coordinator - (Glenwood Springs, CO)

Human Resources Coordinator Colorado Mountain College Central Services Under the supervision of the Director of Human Resources the Human Resources Coordinator (HRC) serves as the 1st point of contact for the department. This position provides support to administration, faculty, and staff on general human resources matters. The HRC handles a broad spectrum of issues that are sensitive, confidential and/or complex in nature. The HRC performs activities that support of the administration of recruitment and employment, including guidance and assistance to supervisors, candidates and new hires throughout the employment process. The HRC manages general email accounts as well as 3 and 6 mon evaluation processes for staff. This position utilizes many technologies to handle a wide variety of data entry, analysis, financial transactions and documentation for the department.
