Quality Engineer Automotive LaunchGeneral DescriptionUnder general direction, the ideal candidate will perform functions to review new product and process failures, coordinate solutions with engineering and production personnel, and establish methods and systems to assure that product quality and specifications are maintained. This position is responsible for maintaining quality system qualifications. Principal Duties and Responsibilities? Review new product prior to production start-up in coordination with manufacturing engineer and production personnel. Analyze process sheet and identify areas of potential problems and process failures.? Review process to assure all blueprint characteristics and/or specifications will be maintained. Identify potential problems and prepare corrective actions where appropriate.? Develop a control plan based on process and failure analysis in coordination with manufacturing engineering and plant Quality Manager.
