Human Resources Manager - (Culver City, CA)

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for providing human resources support to 1 or more business units as well as consulting and advising business unit members on the implementation of policies and procedures and effective execution of human resources management. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides guidance and counsel to the business unit's management team for the successful human resources management of the business unit(s). Administers plans and programs for the business unit level tactical management of the human resources function in order to create a workplace environment of high morale and productivity. Ensures the implementation and communication of human resources policies, programs and services, including recruitment, selection, retention, legal compliance, employee benefits, employee relations, professional development, and compensation analysis.
