Position title Quality Assurance Engineering, Analyst Job Purpose Title: Quality Assurance Engineering, Analyst Employer: Fiserv Solutions, LLC Location: Brookfield, WI (& various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.) Position overview: Responsible for working on various P&C line of business like Workers' Compensation, Commercial Auto, Commercial Umbrella, Commercial Package (CPP), Crime, General Liability, Inland Marine, Fire, Personal Auto using insurance domain products, like PowerSuite and PowerComp products. Analyze business and functional gaps of the system from base system perspective to the client's needs. Educate and Train clients on StoneRiver product and insurance industry standards and best practices. Provide production support for various Business Areas and support to development staff for change requests and defects. Understand both technical and business processes, identify and analyze enhancements, and prepare lifecycle scenarios and test cases for the enhancements.
