System Employment Representative - Human Resources - (Baton Rouge, LA)

BRG is seeking a high-energy and goal oriented person in both business and personal pursuits to join our team of professional recruiters. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS include, but are not limited to:# Sources, pre-screens and recommends candidates who are qualified, and makes salary offers for employment of staff. Plans, develops, implements and coordinates employment and recruitment strategies for all levels of employees. Develops and maintains positive client, customer and community relations. Responsible for accurate recruitment matrices, identifying opportunities to improve services, making recommendations and implementing actions as appropriate and consistent with the goals of BRG. Conducts pre-search job analysis, establishing key job elements and specific job responsibilities. Partners with internal customers to identify the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for applicants to perform. Establishes and maintains ongoing communications with hiring manager throughout the recruitment process.
