Quality Control Manager - (Fargo, ND)

We are seeking a driven individual with a passion for the biotechnology industry. 1 of our clients is looking to add a strong Quality Control Manager to their team. Assignments include: 1) Manage the QC laboratory in accordance with customer and company requirements 2) Lead, organize and maintain department and laboratory processes and procedures 3) Support internal departments and customers 4) Manage flow of samples, raw materials and finished products 5) Support assay development, stability, raw materials and finished product tests 6) Facilitate new testing applications and instrumentation 7) Ensure final data is completed and properly documented 8) Resolve problems with instruments, test methods, lab chemicals, standards and samples 9) Prepare purchase orders and coordinate authorization and procurement 10) Manage process optimization and environmental monitoring programs 11) Generate risk assessment reports on a quarterly and annual basis 12) Review and approve project order specifications
