SUMMARY: This position will be accountable for partnering with site business leadership to develop strategies and associated action plans to achieve business objectives. Responsible for providing leadership and guidance to support and implement human resources policies, programs and practices. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Partners with management staff to support facility and/or corporate goals Participates in the analysis of appropriate staffing levels based on business demands Analyzes labor rates and provides data to support budget planning and control labor costs Monitors labor spending relative to plan and provides feedback Partners with facility managers in all aspects of the recruitment, selection and onboarding processes, ensuring that HDT policy, statutory laws and best practice qualifications are satisfied and participates in selection panels as necessary Leads the college recruitment initiative, attending college job fairs, developing relationships with targeted colleges
