Overall accountabilities are defined in this section.This position is responsible for monitoring process control factors that affect the execution of specifications and manufacturing procedures that affect the proper execution of product characteristics that are key to making product that meet our customer and company quality qualifications. This data includes verifications of all Critical Quality and Critical Process Points plus formulation, injection, kitchen, stuffing, cutting, packaging, boxing and shipping of each product during the production process and acting to make immediate online decisions regarding the quality characteristics. This position ensures product is directed into the proper product codes based on specifications or into a re-conditioning process for final disposition.
