Global HR Generalist - (Des Moines, IA)
The Global HR Generalist will exhibit genuine interest in solving work problems through proactively asking questions, clearly communicating and collaborating both internally and externally to grow the business. In addition, the Global HR Generalist is responsible for understanding our competition and customers and showing initiative to learn and continuously improve company processes. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Partner with business leaders around the globe to support Human Resources needs and related actions including recruiting, hiring, employee transfers, promotions, and terminations. * Work with Managers internally to develop teams, assess skills, coordinate trainings and develop a curriculum of professional development as needed. * Manage HR Systems including UltiPro, Cornerstone and others to keep employee details up to date and accurate. * Responsible for company Internship program to include recruitment, career fair presence, on boarding, development of interns and engagement for future positions.
