Staffing Coordinator - (Sandy, UT)

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with broad knowledge and background in the personal care services industry and a proven ability of providing compassionate care to seniors. Full- and part time applicants will be considered. In this pivotal role you will: Act as the liaison for the Personal Assistants within the agency; developing a good rapport with them and caring for their well-being; listening to any concerns they may have and taking action to make improvements; mentoring Personal Assistants, through calls or visits, to make sure things are going well on cases and that are being supported by the agency. In short, you will be the Caregiver of the caregivers. Do much of the recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orienting, training, skills verification, and scheduling of Personal Assistants for the agency.
