HR Generalist - (Hesperia, CA)
Job responsibilities: * Conceive and implement campaigns to drive candidate flow * Maintain weekly report to track source of all candidates; callers, walk-ins, Job Fair attendees and referrals * Research and facilitate additional advertising options (newspapers, on-line sources, direct mail, clubs, associations, etc.) in the area * Receive all on-line driver applications and distributing them equally to the area Customer Service Centers in a timely manner * Compile and reporting on Recruiting numbers on a weekly basis * Manage day-to-day HR activities, employee/labor relations for specific location to ensure strategic alignment with objectives and compliance * Act as a coach with management and supervisory staff * Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs and provides advice and support on employee relation issues and other HR programs.
