This role will grow into the responsibility of College Recruitment. Responsibilities * Full desk/cycle recruiting strategies for assigned positions. * Sourcing applicants for a solid pipeline of applicants in our fast-paced organization. * Must be highly proficient with a variety of sourcing channels including cold calling, BOOLEAN searches, networking, database mining, social media and other creative methods to find talent. * Must a strong attention to detail, be able to "listen" to the client business needs and then execute the correct recruiting action/function designed to fill the role in a timely manner, all the while keeping the business engaged in the activities to date.
