Nursing Recruiter - EPIC CONTRACT AND PERMANENT PLACEMENT STAFFING LLC Recruiter Position description: Develop recruiting strategies to identify and recruit qualified Certified Nurse Assistant applicants Caregiver and LVN through various recruiting tools. Answer incoming calls from Certified Nurse applicants, Caregivers and LVN interested in assignments. Initiate outbound calls to prospective Registered Nurse applicants to build pipeline for future placements. Build and maintain lasting relationships with Nurse and Caregivers applicants. Strong motivation to achieve results and meet daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly goals. Expertise to operate independently in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency. Complete all aspects of the pre-employment processes including resume building, reference checks, experience/drug tests, pre-employment testing. Generate leads through various recruiting channels, strategic planning and referrals.
