Controller - (Salem, OR)

We are looking for a Controller with a breadth of financial experience and analysis at this point, to help propel our business to the next level.The successful candidate will have a experience in accounting/finance with verifiable experience and related Bachelor or Masters degree. They will perform all financial accounting/analysis for the group of family owned companies (2 S Corps, two LLCs, and one FLP) and collaborate together with our business attorneys, CPA, management team and owners for cap-ex purchases, strategic planning, succession planning, and tax planning purposes. The candidate will need to be self-motivated, a team member, and able to perform critical thinking and analysis.
