Summary Will be responsible for data analysis, data mining, design, development and implementation on Hadoop platform. Develops, enhances, debugs, supports, maintains and tests software applications that support business units or supporting functions. These application program solutions may involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools. Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies.Participates in team discussions to understand and provide inputs to system qualifications. Works with QA and performance testing teams to ensure software meet tollgate qualifications. Will work with support teams to deploy software and also resolve defects. Key skills Strong DB SQL skills on multiple databases is a must. Must have worked any ETL processing involving large volume of data. Should be able to develop complex queries.
