Litigation Attorney (Attorney 3) Status: Executive Service* *Note: An Executive Service employee serves at the pleasure of the Appointing Authority. OVERVIEW TennCare is made up of the Tennessee Medicaid program, the Office of eHealth Initiatives, the Strategic Planning Initiatives Group and Cover Tennessee.
