Attorney with 1-5 years of bankruptcy/general civil litigation experience - (Santa Clara, CA)

job ID:o389128804 Santa Clara office of our client seeks attorney with 1-five years of bankruptcy/general civil litigation background. The applicant will serve in bankruptcy (chapter seven and 13), foreclosure and real estate litigation, tax representation, general civil litigation (personal injury, breach of contract); and some family law and estate planning. CA State Bar license is essential. Background of drafting legal documents (complaints, motions, discovery, demand letters) is essential. Court background and familiarity with local rules is needed. Knowledge of BestCase bankruptcy software and/or the Federal Court's CM / ECF filing system is preferred. Background with foreclosure or bankruptcy litigation is desired. Bi-lingual (Tagalog or Spanish) is a plus.Additional Skills: The applicant should have strong writing and oral advocacy skills.
