second shift Production Supervisor opening for a fresh-cut produce manufacturing facility located on California's central coast. Purpose of Position: To lead and supervise a team of production associates to meet production daily goals. Areas of responsibility includes but not limited to: employee safety, food safety, production efficiency, sanitation, material handling of raw product to the production lines. The perfect candidate is expected to understand and deliver production KPI s, work well in a diverse environment, motive a team and promote continuous improvement measure. Must be flexible with shift schedule. Multi-lingual SPanish - English is desireable. Critical functions and Responsibilities Train, directs and supports the crew leads to motive and drive results among the production associates Responsible for on-time start up and/or shutdown of daily production run.
