Position description Employee is responsible for the direct oversight of shift managers, supervisors, and front-line employees on his or her designated shift. Employee is further responsible for ensuring that productivity levels and customer service requirements are being met and that supervisors and front-line employees are complying with all safety, quality, and compliance standards established by the Company, by our Clients, and by regulatory authorities. Essential Duties Monitor and maintain staffing levels with the assistance of the local Human Resources Department. Accommodate increased / decreased client staffing requests. Foster deep and meaningful relationships with our client representatives. Visit our clients frequently to discuss outstanding issues, concerns, and opportunities. Inspire and motivate others to do well. Ensure we meet financial targets through effective scheduling and time management.
