Operating Technician - (Russellville, KY)

PAY INFO: $21.77/hour Start $30.65/hour Top QUALIFICATIONS: We seek flexible teammates who have a min of 4yrs work background after graduating high-school, with 2 years industrial background wanted. A high-school diploma/ equivalent is required. Must be willing to work rotating shifts on a weekly basis and available for work any day of the year including weekends and holidays. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: As the technician moves through the Logan Star Point roles, will act as Team Leader, document appropriate info, facilitate Team meetings. As an experienced OT, will be able to evaluate ones own as well as Team performance, being accountable to initiate or raise the question of the need to continuously improve and to drive the Team to a state of resilience . When serving as Team Personnel Rep, will manage the Team s manpower, appraisal process, Pay for Progression points and training guidelines; monitor time sheet accuracy; act as a call-in contact; and coordinate the Team s hiring process.
