Description: 218 bed facility in Iowa City, IA is seeking a Histology Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis Supervisor will be required to perform routine Histotechnologist duties 70-80% of the time. Supervisor must be able to work a flexible shift. Other duties include oversight, supervision, and coordination of all histology activities, assist Medical Director and Administrative Lab Director in developing and enforcing standard operating procedures, company policies, and service standards, and oversee employee scheduling and evaluations. Supervisor will be required to perform other duties as assigned. Perfect candidate will have ASCP certification and have at least two years of supervisor background.
