Mission/Objective To provide support to the quality department in achieving its goal of efficiently manufacturing quality products for the automotive industry Key functions and Key Accountabilities Priority Function/Accountability SPECIFIC Assist with issue solving activities to improve efficiencies Support department as needed to make improvements Gather data that can be used in solving concerns Conduct issue solving to make recommendations and implement improvements SAFETY/HOUSEKEEPING Work in a safe manner and encourage others to do so. Report all unsafe acts and conditions immediately Use our Innovation process and the team concept to improve safety in the plant Be proactively involved with improving work conditions. Maintain the appearance of a World Class Facility Actively support full implementation of the 5S's, using it to approach and keep all areas clean, neat and properly maintained.
