Director of Hospice - RN - (Westwood, MA)

Position details: The Director of Hospice plans, directs, coordinates and evaluates all aspects of the program including operations, financial performance, marketing (in collaboration with other steward Home Care and Steward Health Care efforts) of the Program. Responsibilities: -Provides superior customer service to internal and external clients, customers and patients. -Responsible for the daily operations of the Hospice Care Program, direct supervision of the Hospice Care Clinical Managers ensuring that delegated responsibilities are carried out as directed, including staff schedules. -Liaison to Steward Hospitals, Physician Practices, and SNFs/Nursing Homes for matters relating to the Hospice Care Program. -Ensures daily operations incorporate administrative, clinical, non-clinical and performance improvement. -Ensures compliance with all federal, state and Joint Commission rules and regulations. -Identifies and resolves operational issues affecting the Hospice Care Program.
