Senior Leasing Consultant - (Ellicott City, MD)

The Elms at Montjoy is looking for a strong Senior Leasing Consultant to promote and sell homes at this 286-units community. The ideal candidate has strong sales and closing, outstanding communication, organization and customer service skills. Must have a flexible schedule to work weekdays and weekends. The Senior Leasing Consultant is responsible to support the Property Manager and leasing team to maximize all operations associated with leasing and resident retention activities to accomplish property objectives. Operations include but are not limited to leasing activity, goal setting, vacancy and concession anticipation, forecasting, rent collection, delinquency, audits, inventory control, the renewal process, all follow up initiatives, service requests and the move-in/move-out process. The Senior Leasing Consultant is expected to provide exceptional internal and external customer care and lead by example at all times.
