Property Manager - Calhoun Greenway/Be Apartments Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Occasional weekends for move ins and move outs Scheduled hours are subject to change at employer discretion JOB DETAILS The Property Manager is responsible for all operational and financial aspects of a property and meeting company goals in those areas. Results are achieved by facilitating the optimum performance of the property in areas such as leasing, collections, resident relations, maintenance, personnel management, compliance with company safety program, details reporting and compliance with all laws and company policies. PRINCIPAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the leasing activity for the site to ensure property is fully occupied. Ensure personnel responsible for leasing the apartments are fully trained and motivated to get the sale. Perform regular market research activity in the local area to understand what the competition is doing.
