Must be willing to actively work on leasing activities; have a sense of self-motivation and be willing to do all job related duties requested by assistant or manager. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to put leasing signs up /down daily - have expertise to lead/close tours and perform marketing duties as required. Experience is preferred but not absolutely required. This position is for an active lease-up so candidate must be able to dive in and be ready to work/lease/market and sell the available product aggressively and effectively. Must be able to work in a dynamic, high energy environment with diverse segments.
