Warehouse Team Lead - (Menomonie, WI)

Description *Ensure the continuous flow of production to meet planned output while following operations standards (safety, quality, delivery, cost, maintenance), identify issues to Tier 2/FLM team, partnering with Value Stream Supervisors as appropriate *Required to be flexible and report to work up to 30 minutes prior to shift starts *Provide coaching and facilitate training to develop employees within the cost center/value stream, following Andersen Management System of principles *Completes standard work and ensures corrective actions are completed *Demonstrate leadership in areas of communication, conflict resolution, process constraints, and issue solving *Participate in daily tier meetings *Lead and effectively communicate/participate at daily T1/FLM meeting (stand-up) *Maintain T1/FLM visual management tools (PVA, run charts, focus boards, and other tools) to drive continuous improvement
