Quality Control Analyst Sr - MQ-9 Experience Required - OCONUS T with Security - (Fort Walton Beach, FL)

Audit (per ISO 9001:2015/AS 9100D:2016 standard) the performance of organizational level maintenance, repairs, or modifications IAW applicable publications, government directives, Tech data (T.O's), Operating Instructions (O.I.'s), service manuals, and authorized depot level directives on MQ-9 weapons systems. Evaluate servicing, pre, thru, and post flight inspections, launch and recovery activities. Perform Safety of flight inspections for Red X conditions and In-Process Inspections (IPI). Manage Impoundment, Functional Check Flight and Foreign Object Damage (FOD) Control programs. Weigh aircraft; update electronic weight and balance (ABWS records) and provide weight and balance clearances for airworthiness. Generate and sustain project quality plan, aviation procedures guide site supplement, reports, trend analysis, and metrics. Investigate customer complaints, generate Corrective Action/Preventive Action (CAPA) requests and follow-up.
