Instructional Designer with Security Clearance - (Williamsburg, VA)

Description: JOB DESCRIPTION: Instructional Designer to work with instructors and subject matter experts to develop effective adult learning opportunities for customer workforce. In collaboration with a team of ISDs, applicant will design and develop instruction and other learning solutions that prepare students with the knowledge needed to carry out their mission. * Training may be delivered in the classroom or on-line; on-line training may be CBT or a blend of classroom and on-line. Instructional design support to a dynamic environment to include course design for classroom delivery, including design and development of learner activities and exercises, creation of instructional materials and lesson plans. - Training may be delivered in the classroom or on-line; on-line training may be CBT or a blend of classroom and on-line. - Currently possess an active TS/SCI security clearance. - Collaborate with technical developers/designers to produce media that supports instructional goals and objectives.
