Description ENGINEERING OPPORTUNITIES (Manufacturing/Operations & Commercialization) We currently have various levels of engineering opportunities available in Bayport, Minnesota. MANUFACTURING/OPERATIONS (Operations - Manufacturing Engineering) FOCUS/OBJECTIVE: Key responsibilities in manufacturing are to drive department and enterprise key initiatives within the Value Streams through utilization of continuous process improvement, improving customer satisfaction, reducing waste, increasing efficiency and eliminating variation in manufacturing processes. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Support policy deployment initiatives focused upon commodity and value stream to ensure continuous improvement. Work in a team environment to perform issue solving and root cause analysis. Lead continuous improvement projects aligned to lean manufacturing principles.
