This position will assist the Project Manager with the execution of basic tasks throughout all project phases. The Staff Engineer/Scientist is an entry level position requiring little or no background. The Staff Engineer/Scientist will prepare work plans that include design drawings and technical specifications, develop cost estimates and bid documents, perform environmental site assessments, and review and interpret laboratory analytical results.
