Business Development - Project Coordinator - (Peoria, IL)
JOB PURPOSE: This position develops and maintains world-class Customer Interaction Center solutions by managing teams comprised of digital resources, marketing resources, business resources, and others. These solutions will be developed for multiple lines of business which may include Marketing Lead Generation, Social Media Care, Dealer Marketing Support, Home & Outdoor Power Support, Cat Connect Support and others. JOB ASSIGNMENTS: The Business Development - Project Coordinator is accountable for ensuring successful completion of projects, on-time, within budget, and error-free. The principal role of the Business Development - Project Coordinator is to move from being an individual contributor to managing the planning and execution of project teammates. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the project charter, communications, metrics, reporting, and the overall project plan and budget. The Business Development - Project Coordinator will: - Manage 2-3 projects concurrently.
