THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. (CENTECH ) is seeking a qualified and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist Senior to successfully support the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) Office of the Chief Details Officer (OCIO) management of the Enterprise Details Technology Shared Services (EITSS) pogram. *Contingent position upon contract award Responsible for performing quality assurance and control Establishes and maintains a process for evaluating project deliverables and associated documentation, determines necessary resources for quality control Provides oversight on Service Level Agreement (SLA) process development and verification Ensures improvement plans are identified and implemented to resolve performance and SLA issues Capable of developing and implementing a Quality Management Plan (QMP) that incorporates at a min the following Approach to managing quality across all areas of performance Process for continuous evaluation and improvement across all areas of performance Approach to quality control
