TransCore (TRN), a subsidiary of Roper Industries, Inc. (NYSE: ROP) is seeking a Test Technician I to join our team in Orlando, Florida. Summary: This position will test, document, qualify and audit Roadside Toll Collection Systems (RTCS) used for assuring product conformance in product delivery Essential Duties and Assignments include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Test, document, qualify and audit RTCS for multiple tolling authorities. * Tests and documents tolling systems in test facility, staging facility and production environment. * Audits roadside toll transactions for accuracy both before and after system integration. * Documents auditing and testing results using Ms office. * Document and track anomalies using web based issue tracking systems. * Documents Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), Commissioning Tests, Site Acceptance Test (SATs). * Regression test systems after hardware or software upgrades. Education: High-school diploma or general education degree (GED).
