Description Job overview Members of the Hawaiian Airlines Quality Assurance Team at our new Phoenix Technology Center is responsible for ensuring the quality of the products the IT Department delivers. QA works closely with all applications, common services/middleware, and infrastructure teams throughout the development/engineering life-cycle. Critical responsibilities * Contributes to overall business results by making recommendations that significantly improve operational efficiency and effectiveness * Create supporting documentation and administrative reports (e.g., work orders, timesheets, and status reports) to facilitate the proper monitoring and control of project progress * Following functional testing planning activities, with minimal level of supervision: test strategy, costing, budget, timeline, resourcing, scheduling, distribution of work, distribution of new and regression test packages, and/or sign-off, to ensure an effective and efficient testing approach * Facilitate the analysis
