This position supports the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in providing companywide Quality Management initiatives. The position develops and manages company processes and quality programs, and manages and executes special projects as directed by the COO. Some client facing project support may be required. Responsibilities Required functions 1. Quality Management * Lead in obtaining and maintaining Quality certifications such as ISO 9001, CMMI-DEV Maturity Level 3, CMMI-SVC Maturity Level 3, or other Quality standards as determined by company strategy. * Manage the Geocent Process Improvement Program. * Responsible for developing and fostering a continuous improvement culture.
