Director of Operations Full time PositionPosition Summary:We are looking for an experienced and driven Director of Operations to start in the 1st quarter of 2018. The Director of Operations will be responsible for managing the company operations and will have a proven track record in managing other similar food company operations for several years. This job mandates a team member who is able to generate and implement programs that streamline processes, optimize costs, and renovate systems in a highly changing environment. Reporting to the CEO and based in our headquarters in Encino, CA, the Director of Operations will oversee the team currently in charge of Production, Logistic, Quality Control and Purchasing. Key Missions will include:Drive essential functions such as manufacturing, logistics, purchasing, warehousing, quality control, production planning, and transportation.Integrate the team successfully and manage the current operation team.
