Requisition Number 19-0040 Post Date 2/22/2019 Title QUALITY ASSURANCE COORDINATOR City Santa Clara State CA Description **(LCSW, LMFT or PsyD Preferred)** PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Support Quality Improvement (QI) leadership in developing, implementing and coordinating its Quality Improvement Program (QIP) for delivering high-quality mental health programs and services consistent with the Agency clinical framework, established practices and systems, contract qualifications and financial goals. a. Contribute to the development, coordination and implementation of a robust internal audit plan for all agency clinical services in collaboration with QI leadership. b. Complete internal audits in a timely manner and provide clear written feedback re: findings to managers of each program audited. c. Conduct training, develop coaching plan and correction plan in collaboration with managers and QI leadership to address deficiencies found in the internal audit. Assist with Plan of Correction.
